Panja Dari and Carpets of Sidhi
Published on: 13/01/2021Sidhi is home to traditional panja dari and carpet weavers. With very beautiful designs, vibrant colours, rich textile and high durability of more than 50 years, the panja daris and carpets of Sidhi are the hallmark of quality and beauty. There are around 40 panja dari and carpet weaving units working in cluster in Sihawal block of Sidhi. The daris and carpets have attained fame through handicraft fairs at international and national level. The daris have also been selected under “One District One Product” scheme for its promotion and market linkage.
