| 1. Modes of Complaint Registration Serving soldiers can register their complaints through the following channels: • Helpline/WhatsApp Number: 8103550045 • Website: sidhi.nic.in (available 24×7) |
2. Complaint Registration • All received complaints will be recorded at the district level through a digital/register-based system • Each complaint will be assigned a unique registration number. • The complaint will be categorized based on its nature. |
| 3. Time-bound Service Commitment • Complaint acknowledgment within 04 working days. • The resolution of the complaint will be ensured within the next 06 working days. |
4. Preliminary Scrutiny and Forwarding • Complaints will undergo initial scrutiny and will be forwarded to the concerned department with a defined timeline. |
| 5. Resolution Process • The concerned department will ensure prompt resolution on a priority basis. • Complex cases will be reviewed at the district level. |
6. Follow-up and Monitoring • All complaints will be under continuous monitoring by the District Administration. • Pending cases will be subject to regular review and follow-up. |
| 7. Communication and Feedback • The complainant will be kept informed about the status of resolution. • Feedback will be collected after resolution to ensure service quality. |
