Collector Honors Dedicated Workers: Yogesh Bharti and Monendra Pandey Awarded ‘Star of the Month’ Titles
In an effort to encourage dedicated workers who have performed outstandingly within the district, Collector Mr. Vikas Mishra honored individuals under the “Star of the Month” initiative. Through this initiative, employees who have made remarkable contributions across various sectors are being recognized and encouraged.
Yogesh Bharti, a sanitation worker (*Safai Mitra*) from the Sidhi Municipal Council, was honored for his commendable contributions toward urban cleanliness, waste management, and raising public awareness. His sustained efforts have led to an improvement in the municipal body’s rankings, reflecting his deep dedication and sense of responsibility toward his work.
In the same vein, Monendra Kumar Pandey, a Higher Secondary Teacher at the Government Higher Secondary School, Juri Kusmi, was also honored for his exceptional performance. He achieved a remarkable feat by completing the highest volume of coursework during the “Sadhana Week” organized under the ‘Mission Karmayogi’ initiative. His hard work, perseverance, and spirit of continuous learning serve as an inspiration to other teachers.
Appreciating the work of both honored individuals, Collector Mr. Mishra stated that every employee plays a pivotal role in the district’s development. He called upon everyone to continue working with similar loyalty and dedication to steer the district to new heights of progress.
At the conclusion of the event, the District Administration honored both individuals by presenting them with Certificates of Appreciation. This initiative is fast becoming a source of inspiration for other employees across the district as well.

Demonstrating excellence, dedication, and professional competence in official duties, he established a positive impact at the workplace through continuous effort, team spirit, and collaboration.

Smt. Kirti Shukla (Nursing Officer, Community Health Center, Rampur Naikin)
She strengthened health security within the community by successfully vaccinating 1,971 adolescent girls under the HPV vaccination campaign aimed at preventing cervical cancer. In recognition of their promptness, sense of responsibility, and dedication to duty, both officials/employees were honored by the District Administration with a Certificate of Appreciation.

As part of the Swachh Survekshan 2026 initiative, students participated enthusiastically in a grand Rangoli program organized along the main thoroughfares of Sidhi city, conveying a unique message of cleanliness. Created with limited resources and within a short timeframe, the captivating Rangolis crafted by the children inspired the public towards cleanliness, civic participation, and the vision of a beautiful city.

  1. Mr. Ramanuj Patel ( Handpump Technician, Headquarters Kamarji)

He was honored for playing a crucial role in maintaining a smooth drinking water supply during the extreme summer heat. In the scorching heat of April, he ensured the supply of drinking water for the public by promptly repairing broken handpumps. The district administration appreciated his promptness, discipline, and dedication to his work.

  1. Ms. Anjali Pandey and Ms. Ruchi Shukla (Nursing Officers, District Hospital Sidhi)

Both nursing officers, working in the SNCU (Special Newborn Care Unit) ward of District Hospital Sidhi, were awarded appreciation letters for their outstanding work. Both of them discharged their responsibilities with complete sincerity, accountability, and sensitivity. Their working style, cooperation, and dedication were highly praised during the inspection.

  1. Mr. Shyamlal Kol (Assistant Veterinary Field Officer, Rampur Naikin)

Working at the Artificial Insemination Sub-Center Naikin, Shri Shyamlal Kol was honored for achieving remarkable success in the Animal Husbandry Department. He made a significant contribution to achieving departmental targets and improving livestock breeds by completing the highest number of 1,200 artificial inseminations in the district during the financial year 2025-26. Additionally, he also ensured timely online data entry on the ‘Bharat Livestock App’.

  • Star of the Month: Talent and Environmental Awareness Honored

    On World Environment Day (June 5), winners of the Eco-Friendly Rangoli Competition and participants of the Uniform Civil Code (UCC) Debate Competition were honored with appreciation certificates. Students created message-driven rangolis at prominent city locations using natural materials like flowers, leaves, and twigs.
